Group & Party Appointment Policy (5 or More Guests)

To ensure an organized and smooth experience for larger groups, the following policies apply to all parties of five (5) or more guests:

Deposit Requirement

No deposit is required to schedule group or party appointments of 5 or more guests.

Card on File Requirement.

A valid card on file is mandatory for all group reservations.

This card will only be charged in the event of:

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)

• No-shows

• Same-day cancellations

Group appointments cannot be booked without a valid card saved to the client’s profile.

Cancellation Policy for Groups of 5+ Guests

• A cancellation fee (per guest) will be charged if the group cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice.

• No-shows and same-day cancellations will incur the same fee.

• The cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file of the person who booked the group.

• This policy is in place because practitioners and resources are scheduled and reserved specifically for your group.

Late Arrival Policy

• Please arrive on time, as sessions begin promptly.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to avoid delaying other appointments.

• No refunds, credits, or price adjustments will be issued for lost time due to late arrivals.
