Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice if possible, and 5 hours in advance to not be fined.

Appointment Policy : To help us honor our practitioners' time and accommodate all guests, cancellations, reschedules, service downgrades, or no-shows made less than 5 hours before your appointment may incur a fee of $10–$20, depending on the service booked.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to the same fee.

Class Cancellation Policy

​Cancellation Policy (Events and Classes) Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our Events/Classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled Event/Class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Customer. You may call us during business hours to cancel. Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 48 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another Event/Class. However, if you do not cancel with at least 48 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
